DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem Router with WiFi 6 and Voice
CODA5814Q
Supports DOCSIS 3.1
DOCSIS 3.1 takes Internet speeds to a new level, increasing the capacity of HFC networks by more than 50 percent and reducing latency. This means your customers can connect more devices, enjoy richer digital experiences, and get fast, reliable Internet service for all of today and tomorrow’s needs.
Software-switchable Frequency
You can seamlessly support today’s and tomorrow’s upstream bandwidth demands with the software switchable return path. Want to upgrade customers to higher-tier upstream speeds? No problem. You can remotely change to the high-split (5-204MHz) return path at any time – there’s no need to swap out hardware or send out a technician.
Extended Downstream up to 1218 MHz
Future proof your network and offer even faster speeds by expanding the downstream frequency range up to 1218MHz.
Power the Connected Home with Wi-Fi 6
Deliver rock solid, ultra-fast coverage for all your customer’s smart home, gaming, mobile and media devices. Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) isn’t just better Wi-Fi. It revolutionizes Wi-Fi. You get blazing fast speeds, four times more device capacity and greater coverage. The CODA5814Q provides a superior Wi-Fi experience with 4×4 2.4GHz 802.11ax and 4×4 5GHz 802.11ax dual band MU-MIMO. And if a customer requires extra coverage, simply pair the CODA5814Q with Hitron extenders/mesh pods.
Ultra-fast Wired Connections
The CODA5814Q supports a 2.5 GigE port along with two Gigabit Ethernet ports to provide a wired connection to an HDTV, home office router and more.
DOCSIS 3.0 Compatibility
Deploy the CODA5814Q on your current DOCSIS 3.0 networks. As a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, it offers 32 bonded downstream and 8 bonded upstream channels. You won’t need to change customer hardware when you upgrade to DOCSIS 3.1.
Integrated Telephony Support
With two integrated HD telephone ports, you can meet all your subscriber’s connectivity needs.
Easy to Setup, Secure and Manage
Installation is a snap with the CODA5814Q. Pre-configured and pre-enabled WiFi security via WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) means that end users can rapidly setup a secure wireless network without any manual configuration. You get comprehensive remote management and troubleshooting with SNMP, TR-069 and HNAP. And the CODA5814Q supports the Hitron ecosystem, including MyHitron (a mobile application that lets end users manage their network) and HitronCloud management and analytics for service providers.
