HTEM5 – None of the LED’s turn on

If your Hitron HTEM5 Coax to Ethernet Adapter is not receiving power, please check the following:

  1. Ensure that you are using the correct power adapter that came with the device. Using a power adapter other than the one that came with your HTEM5 can damage the HTEM5.
  2. Make sure that the power adapter is connected to the HTEM5 and the electrical outlet correctly.
  3. Disconnect and re-connect the power adapter to both the electrical outlet and the HTEM5.
  4. If none of the above steps solve the problem, please contact Hitron Support as there might be a fault with the device.
