1. Check your network’s hardware connections, and that the ARIA3411’s LEDs display correctly (see Status of LEDs).
2. If you are attempting to connect over the wireless network, there may be a problem with the wireless connection. Connect via a LAN (wired Ethernet connection) port instead.
3. If the above steps do not work, you need to Reboot the ARIA3411. See Rebooting the ARIA3411.
