Description:
Powering up.
The system is booting.
The Wi-Fi is enabled and establishing the connection.

Initial setup and/or software update is in progress.
WPS connection is being established.
WPS synchronization is successful.
Wireless backhaul signal is weak.
No connection to Wi-Fi modem or router.
Hardware failure.
Factory Reset is in progress.

LED is Off

The ARIA3411 is not receiving power, or there is a fault with the device.

  1. Ensure that you are using the correct power adaptor.

NOTE: Using a power adaptor other than the one that came with your ARIA3411 can damage the ARIA3411.

  1. Ensure that the power adaptor is connected to the ARIA3411 and the wall socket (or other power source) correctly.
  2. Ensure that the power source is functioning correctly. Replace any broken fuses or reset any tripped circuit breakers.
  3. Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor to the power source and the ARIA3411.
  4. If none of the above steps solve the problem, consult Hitron Support.

LEDs are not displaying as expected

  1. Ensure that you understand the LED’s normal behavior (see Troubleshooting LEDs above).
  2. Check your network’s hardware connections, and that the ARIA3411’s LEDs display correctly (see Status LEDs) Link to page
  3. Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor to the ARIA3411.
  4. If none of the above steps solve the problem, contact Hitron Support. Link to Contact support page
